grumble grumble

I have to say today has not been the best of days, so far anyway, at my workplace we suffer on tuesdays from those 'irratating' or 'nigglily' callers who normally are just waisting time, While monday is by far the busiest in call volume tuesday is worse in stress levels. not the best of days. Any how I have been sketching away in my spare time and will be posting some updates later on.
